Don’t let the word “meditation” freak you out
Michelle will demonstrate and teach you how peaceful, calming and easy meditation can be, and how to fit it into your daily routine. Through her guided meditations, you will learn the basics of meditation, your breathing / releasing technique and focal points to help you learn mindfulness through meditation.
Get to know your chakras
Michelle and Sher will introduce you to the main energy centers in your body, also known as chakras. Getting a better understanding of your energy flow and how your body responds to emotions is key to starting the process of letting go and understanding your body better.
Introduction to Crystals and Elixirs
Crystals: You will receive a crystal to learn how to program it for heightened meditation experience and healing; this will become your personal crystal!
Mineral Elixir: You will learn how to make crystal elixirs to raise the vibration in your body while consuming the health benefits of crystal-infused water.
Class time: 2.5 hours
Fee: $45 (Includes your own crystal to program and take home.)

Day 2 – Intuitive Medium / Spiritual Counseling and Reiki Healing Sessions

Intuitive Medium / Spiritual Counseling Sessions
Michelle Moceri is a certified Intuitive Medium / Spiritual counselor, Reiki master teacher and meditation teacher. She has been doing this work for seven years in the Colorado area and wants to expand in California. Michelle is an experienced workshop teacher and wants to share her knowledge with you. Michelle will offer private readings during the second day. She combines both mediumship and intuitive readings with your session. You will receive insight about how to help you empower yourself and will give you the tools to help you move forward. Michelle at michelle1216@comcast.net
Fee: $85 for a 45-minute private reading
Reiki Healing & Intuitive Sessions
Sher Stalie (Drucker) is a certified Reiki Master and Sound Healer and will also be offering healing sessions. She is also an intuitive and will deliver messages if you would like them after the healing session. These messages may be about the energy flow in your body, addressing blocked energies, and / or giving you a message from a loved one.
Fee: $30 for 30-minute private sessions

Please contact Sher at sherid444@outlook.com, or call 720.412.0259, to register for one or both sessions. Michelle and Sher need to buy airline tickets ahead of time so we need at least 8 participants, but no more than 12. Please feel free to invite a friend.
